This past weekend (February 23rd-24th) brought very windy weather that caused some unsightly and potentially dangerous damages.
If you live in the Rowhomes, Townhomes, or Condominums and you have shingles laying around your home, please contact Jessica with CMA to have your roof checked for needed repairs. We encourage homeowners to take a look at your roof for any visible damage so we may address it. If left unattended this can lead to potentially larger and more costly repairs in the future. If no contact is made to CMA, your roof will not be checked.
If you have already contacted Jessica about your roof, please be patient as we are scheduling roofers for the homes that have contacted CMA, and will get to yours in a timely matter.
For the Condominiums: We will have a roofing repair company come out and address Springriver/River Hallow Dr condos, and buildings 13-15 on Spring Creek Dr. If your building was not mentioned and you notice a large amount of shingles around your building please contact Jessica.
