On Thursday, March 14, 2019 we sustained extreme wind with gust up to 55 mph. We expect there to be damages to the exterior of buildings including shingles, vents, shutters, and siding. Repair crews will be out to assess damages and make repairs to applicable homes and condos in the upcoming week; however, if you notice specific damage to your unit please e-mail our Community Manager, Jessica Goodman, at jessica@cmamgrs.com to ensure your unit is added to the work order list. Making these repairs will be our top priority so please be patient as we work through all the work orders. Units with the most substantial damage will address first. Should you experience an emergency, such as an active leak (water flowing and pooling) please contact the emergency line (314-878-0025) to contact the emergency on call manager.
Trash Cans
Additionally, please be courteous to your neighbors by putting trash cans away and assisting in trash clean up post storm. We thank you all for the help in keeping your neighborhood clean and safe.
