Recurring Maintenance Schedule

Here is a list of recurring maintenance items that your monthly assessment fees go towards:  


  • Change and resupply bags in the dog waste stations.


  • Clean out dumpster enclosures


  • Pick up litter around common grounds
  • Check emergency exit lights
  • Clean out breezeways and check lights


  • Turn on head in sprinkler rooms.
  • Delivery and refill ice melt buckets during the winter
