Hello Springhurst Residents,
We are please to announce the condominiums will start sidewalk repairs in Monday April 8th, 2019.
You may have seen the spray painted markings on the sidewalks along Springcreek Ln, and Springriver Dr. Residents will need to park their cars away from areas were the sidewalk is being repaired. As some of the repairs will be made to areas located in covered parking spots. We thank you for your cooperation and help during these repairs. Please let guests knows not to park in areas that are being repaired. Residents should be able to use the sidewalks after 72 hours, and the concrete has cured. Please no NOT use any sidewalk areas that are marked off. We want our sidewalks to stay maintained and looking great for years to come, so please help everyone by staying off the areas of repair until the barricades have been moved.
We are not responsible for damages to property due to the repairs.
