Please remember the annual assessment of $365 was due on April 1st and will be considered late after April 30th. There will be a late fee of $25.00 and 10% per annum interest applied if received after April 30, 2019. Access to the pool will be denied if your account is not in good standing. Note that your check is to be made payable to Springhurst Homeowners Association. All payments must be sent to Springhurst HOA, c/o CMA at PO Box 93386, Las Vegas, NV 89193-3386. If you do not mail your statement with your check then you must include your address and account number to ensure proper posting to your account.

1. Click on payments then choose Alliance Bank Online.
2. Click on One Time eCheck Payment or a One Time Credit Card Payment. This can be found near the bottom of the screen. Please note processing fees may apply.
If you are a resident of the condominiums, please make sure to use the Association ID: 0000SH and Mgmt. ID: 0025.
