Your Board of Directors has renewed our snow removal contracts. As a reminder and update the scope of service is as follows:
Common Grounds: Snow removal to begin when snow fall on drives and walks reaches 4″ and continuous.
Condominiums: Snow removal to begin when snow fall on drives and walks reaches 2″ and continuous.
Rowhomes: Snow removal to begin when snow fall on drives and walks reaches 4″ and continuous.
Townhomes: Snow removal to begin when snow fall on drives and walks reaches 4″ and continuous.
As a reminder the streets are plowed by City of O’Fallon.
