At the end of October we had a change in trash vendor. We are now with Meridian. We want to thank everyone for their cooperation with this transition, everything went smoothly.
With this new change, we now have larger containers that have a lid that stays closed all the time. We have noticed that some residents are leaving their trash sitting on top of the dumpster, and not inside the dumpster. This will not be tolerated. For reasons that are obvious, we don’t want trash blowing around when it’s windy, or animals getting into the trash that is left out. If you are seen throwing your trash over the trash enclosure, leaving the trash outside of the dumpster, you are subject to fines. Please work together to keep your area clean and free of garbage. If you see someone leaving trash outside of the dumpster or sitting on top please notify Jessica with CMA: jessica@cmamgrs.com
As a reminder: Every item that is bulk trash that can not fit in the trash can we are charged a extra fee. This is per item not per trip! We don’t want to waste your hard earned money on bulk trash fees. So please, work together to keep bulk items out of the enclosures.
