Rowhome and Townhomes have been set up on a phased paint and powerwash schedule. The painting schedule was made based on a combination of build dates and grouping buildings together into painting phases. The board recognizes that there are some buildings that end up putting painting off another few years but we had to begin a routine maintenance schedule somewhere. It is not economically feasible to paint the entire complex at once without obtaining a loan or dipping into reserves.
