Effective today, we start our new adventure with CPM who is the new management company for the Master Association. As an owner please make sure you register your contact information at www.cpmgateway.com. After you register you will then be sent your portal log in. You can make payments, submit work orders and architectural request, and view a wealth of other useful information.
- Reminder all yearly and monthly fees are due April 1st. There will be a late fee of $25 and 10% per annum interest applied if received after April 30th.
- Please make payments to CMA thru April 15th
- Payments sent after April 15th should be directed to CPM either thru their portal or to the following address:

Condominium residents should review the Associations website for detailed information specific to them (https://villagesatspringhursthoa.com/springhurst-terrace-condominiums-a-community-update-and-friendly-reminders/). CMA is still your management company for condo specific items. CPM will be managing your yearly fees as well as issues associated with the yearly fees and common grounds (pool, basketball court, playground, dog park, etc.).
