Springhurst Terrace Condominiums- A Community Update and Friendly Reminders

Dear Springhurst Terrace Condominium Residents,

The Springhurst Terrace Condo Board Association wanted to send some friendly reminders regarding the Condo Management company, payments and changing Springhurst Master Association Management company changes.

As you are aware, your condo is a part of two associations; Springhurst Homeowner Association (Master) that manages the Springhurst subdivision as a whole (entrance monuments, sport court, park, pool, dog park, common ground landscaping etc.) and Springhurst Terrace Condominiums that manages the Condo neighborhood itself (grounds, buildings, parking lot).  Each Association has a homeowner board that governs the association.  These two associations have always operated harmoniously with professionalism. This will continue on, even if the management companies change for either one.

*Reminder*:
The only thing changing is the Master Association, starting April 1st, will change to CPM as their management company.
