Greetings Springhurst Homeowners!
Before you hear something through the “grapevine” the SPH Board wanted to make everyone aware that Julie Ellison (our assigned CPM Manger) decided suddenly to retire from the community management industry. The good news is that CPM was able to appoint us another great Community Manager in Jennifer Jeckstadt. Jennifer has several years of experience in community management, and has her CAI Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) certifications. She lives in the O’Fallon area, and because she manages Bainbridge and serves on the Board for her neighborhood in Preston Woods she has experience in large scale HOAs from owner, Board member, and manager perspectives. The SPH Board is very excited that Jennifer was assigned our account.
Though Jennifer is our assigned manager, it is preferred that you give CPM’s Customer Service Department an opportunity to respond to your questions through the web portal (https://portal.cpmgateway.com) or via email at customerservice@cpmgateway.com or by calling at 636-227-8688. Issues that require the manager will be escalated to Jennifer so that you can get your concerns addressed promptly.
