We wanted to thank the homeowners that came out Tuesday, May 7th and voiced concerns and had questions for the board at our by-monthly Master Board meeting. We wanted to apologize for misinformation that was given on Facebook regarding last night’s board meeting. This was not an open board meeting as stated on Facebook. As announced in our email announcement and website posts, we wanted to open up the first hour of our board meeting to homeowners who didn’t have a chance to come to our spring community HOA meeting, and talk to the board one on one about concerns or feedback. We asked if you wanted to come and speak to the HOA, please reach out to Jessica to coordinate a time slot so we can effectively manage everyone’s time. Unfortunately the homeowners that did come thought it was an open board meeting because of the contradicting information.
We do apologize for the confusion this caused. We did however get some good feedback from homeowners. We appreciate the homeowners that took the time to come out and understand the HOA and give us great feedback.
