Dear Springhurst Condominium Residents,
Your Condominium Board of Directors has, as stated previously, been working on the renewal process for FHA status. Your board has approved to continue with FHA status as a condominium community. This process can take months to finish and significant money spent. We believe this is best for our community and look forward to helping out first time homeowners in the future.
