Last Thursday we had the COA building maintenance meeting. We had a much better turn out than any other meeting the Condo Board has had. We want to thank the residents that joined us. We truly appreciate your patience and overall concern for your community. We loved that residents wanted to help find solutions to help with costs and property value.
With that said, out of 228 homes, we had about 15-20 people. Although we want to stay positive that we had a much better turn out than our previous meetings, where either no one shows up or 1 person shows up, it is very disheartening that more homeowners do not attend or reach out to stay up to date with important updates and changes to our property.
We hope that we have a larger turn out in our next meeting, scheduled for November 13th, 2019 at 6:30pm.
