We are pleased to announce that condominium roof repairs have started today! Below is the order of installation for the first 8 buildings.
This was provided by Ferguson Roofing, so we could address the worst buildings first. Here is the game plan from Ferguson:
13000 Spring creek – loaded yesterday and being installed today
10000 Spring creek – being loaded 8/8 and installations planned on 8/12
8000 Spring creek – being loaded on 8/9 and installations planned on 8/14
The remaining roofs on the list will be loaded in sequence, one for each day of next week. We may be able to get 7000 roofed at the end of next week, weather permitting. All other roofs will start the week of Aug 19th.
Ferguson has been out starting Monday, placing flyers on everyone’s doors on the 13000 building, along with a sign outside the building letting residents know that work was starting. The rest of the buildings will recieve the same notifications with a 3 day notice.
