Personal Radios/Speakers at Pool: As a reminder the use of personal radios and speakers are prohibited at the pool. Pro Pools has been reminded that if an individual is using them, to politely ask to refrain. As a reminder, all guests of the pool must follow all rules enforced by the lifeguards or run the risk of getting pool privileges revoked.
Dog Park Clean Up: After all the rain we received the other week, the dog Park was in need of some attention. Lawn Groomers have come out and did a wonderful job cleaning it all up so our four-legged friends can enjoy it again.
Landscaping: Lawn Groomers have come out to spray the weeds in the vacant condo lot, and it looks great. Proposals have been approved for tree replacements throughout the community and Lawn Groomers will begin replacement when appropriate to ensure viability of the new trees.
Rowhomes Alley Parking: We have received notice from the city that the trash trucks are having issues in the alleyways behind the rowhomes because individuals are parking there. As a reminder, it is a violation to park in the alleyways. Parking is permitted in the parking spaces or in your driveway. Cars parked in the alleyways are subject to be tagged and towed at the owners expense.
