Springhurst Pool Party July 13th, 2019 12pm-3pm

Voting Member Nominations
Nominations for voting members will be coming out shortly for the Villages that will have a vacant position. Vancant positions coming available:
- Condos:2
- Village C: 1
- Village E: 1
- Village D: 1
Becoming a voting member is a great way to be introduced to how the HOA works. As a voting member, you will be asked to nominate the new Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is selected from the voting members but voting members are not required to serve on the Board of Directors. From time to time voting members may also be asked to share their thoughts on matters the board is discussing/reviewing or to participate on one of the neighborhood committees (Social Committee & Architectural Committee) if interested. Tree and Plant Replacement
This week Lawn Groomers was onsite to remove dead trees and plants the board had previously approved. They have began tree and plant replacements.
Townhome and Rowhome Painting
