It’s that time again, time for the fresh cut grass! This week (weather permitting) Lawn Groomers will be out starting lawn mowing. As a reminder, if you are a condominium resident, there shall be no items obstructing Lawn Groomers way when mowing. For example no fences, decorations, or items should be obstructing work. When areas are blocked and Lawn Groomers can not mow and treat properly, it impacts everyone. If only half of our area looks well maintained and the other half is not, this bring property value down. We thank you for helping in keeping our subdivision looking great!
Lawn Groomers will be out on Wednesday applying a spring post spray to treat for dandelions and clover.
