Your HOA board wants to bring to your attentions recent theft happening in surrounding subdivisions. Oakhurst subdivision has been the victim of a couple thefts over the past week. A man is walking into open garages and breaking into cars and taking valuables and whatever he can find. Our understanding is this is also occurring in neighboring subdivisions. We do have a surveillance video of the man in one garage attempting to get in a car, please see attached a photo of him below. O’Fallon PD has been contacted and reports have been filed.
Please remember to lock your car doors and close your garage at night.
