Bulk Trash Dump Day
Fall Bulk Trash Dump Day is here again! Residents may drop off approved items in any of the two bulk trash dumpsters located in the pool parking lot. The dumpsters will be available Friday September 13th, removed Monday, September 16th in the morning.
Reminders:
- This event is for Springhurst residents only. These dumpsters fill up fast! Please be mindful of your neighbors and keep this event to only residents.
- Once the dumpster is full, please do not over fill it. The community is charged a fee for overflow items.
- In years past we have had a large amount of mattresses dumped. Mattresses are not accepted and we are charged a fee for this item. Please see list of all items not accepted below.
- The Pool trash dumpster shall not be used for bulk trash day.
Items NOT accepted:
Hazardous Waste, Waste Oils, Oil Filters, Oil Tanks, Electronics, Mattresses, TVs, Light Bulbs, Gasoline Cans & Tanks, Mercury Containing Devices, PCBs, Paint, Asbestos Containing Waste, Industrial Waste, Tires, Propane Tanks, Liquids or Sludge, Automobile Parts, Grease Trap Waste, Batteries, Biomedical Waste, Septic Tank Waste, Contaminated Soil, Land Clearing Debris, Tree Stumps, Drums, Appliances Containing Freon, Chain Link Fencing.
Habitat for Humanity Donation Drop
We are pleased to announce this year we have partnered with Habitat for Humanity St. Charles offering Springhurst residents a donation drop off right here at the Springhurst pool parking lot! Saturday September 14th, from 11:00 am-1:00 pm. Your board members will be present to direct your donations and make sure the proper items are left behind. We will also have donation receipts for your records. Habitat will bring their truck after 1:00 pm to pick up donations. Have any items that didn’t sell at your garage sale? Give back and donate!
