Ferguson Roofing has been working on the roofs since the week of August 5th. We are pleased with their work and have had minimal concerns.
Some residents have noticed that the “eyebrows” of the roofs have not had the singles replaced yet. Ferguson’s procedure is to go through at the end and replace those, all at once. So, if you see those areas not addressed yet on finished buildings, they will be replaced once all roofs are replaced.
13000, 10000, 8000, and 7000 Spring Creek have been replaced. Today they are working on 6000 Spring River. The weather has slowed down some of the replacements.
The remaining roofs will be loaded in sequence.
Ferguson has been out placing flyers on everyone’s doors on the next building in line, along with a sign outside the building letting residents know that work was starting. The rest of the buildings will receive the same notifications with a 3 day notice.
