Springhurst Terrace Condominium- Roof completion and storm report

Ferguson Roofing has completed the final stage of roof replacements this past week and their equipment has been moved as of last week.

As reported previously,  Ferguson was finishing off the wings (“eyebrows”) of each building when they had time inbetween jobs. Ferguson replaced the roofs all all 19 buildings in a very timely matter, and after, had to come back to finish the wings. This process is finished and they will do a final walk through next week. If any shingles are still left onsite after next week, please let Jessica with CMA know so we may address accordingly.

Last week we had a couple storms, one that brough very high wind.  Typically with this kind of storm we would have seen a very large amount of shingles laying around. We are very pleased to report that with our new roofs, no damage was done to the roofs, and no shingles came off! If there was any damage, Ferguson has a warranty that would have covered any repairs. Thankfully,  we do not see that happening for a long time!

We did receive reports of some siding and soffits blown off by this storm. We have work orders in place for these repairs.

Thank you for your patience as we finished up the remainder of roof replacements. We are very excited for new roofs that stay put!
