We are glad to announce that after months of research, hard work, and interviews of several management companies, we have decided to end our contract with CMA and sign with Community Property Management (CPM). We appreciate the work CMA has provided us over the years, but as our community has grown and our needs have changed, this move should benefit us for years to come.
CPM is an industry leader in community management and will give us the responsive technological and financial reporting our community needs. CMA will continue with all normal duties until 4/1/20 at which time CPM will assume all day-to-day operations.
This agreement does not effect the condos as CMA is still listed as their management company.
Please join us at Cuivre River on 3/3/20 at 6:00 PM for a town hall meeting to meet with the CPM Team as we usher in a new era for Springhurst.
