If you haven’t done so already, please remember you must have a signed waiver on file with CPM and be current on all assessments to access the pool this summer. The waiver can be accessed via this website; https://villagesatspringhursthoa.com/pool-opening-and-pool-release/. While operating through the COVID-19 pandemic, the pool will be available for Springhurst residents only. All residents over the age of 18 must show ID with a Springhurst address before being admitted. All residents under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If any residents or renters are new to the neighborhood they will be allowed to present their ID and a utility bill (phone, electric, gas, cable, trash, water, or bank statement) with a Springhurst address. Each household will be allowed up to 6 family members at a time. All residents are encouraged to keep each visit to 1 ½ hours or less.
