Pool Opening and Pool Release

Dear Springhurst,

Based on recommendations and guidance from the CDC, Phase 1 of the “Show Me Strong Recovery Plan” as well as St. Charles Health Department, Swimming Pools can open in St. Charles County if they adhere to strict social distancing and increased sanitation. Together with our partners and governing agencies we will proceed in a safe manner.  The pool will open on 6/6/20 with normal hours, maximum capacity of the pool will be 55 individuals based on CDC guidelines.

This will be a challenging summer as requirements and guidelines are subject to change at any time and rolling shutdowns may be required.  Any resident not adhering to requirements and guidelines established by the HOA will be asked to leave the pool and may have their privileges suspended for the season.

All residents must complete the attached Waiver informing them that entering the pool area could increase their risk of exposure to COVID -19.   Pool Access Cards will be turned off until the signed Waiver is received.  The signed Waiver may be submitted via mail to: Springhurst Homeowners Association, c/o CPM, 242 Old Sulphur Spring Road, Manchester, MO 63021 or by email to jellison@cpmgateway.com and julia@cpmgateway.com

All submitted Waivers may take up to 3 business days to be processed and no pool cards will be turned on over the weekend.

All residents must be current on all applicable HOA fees to utilize the pool. Only owners, their family members that live in their home, or approved Tenants are allowed at the pool…NO GUESTS!

Each household will be allowed up to 6 family members at a time, all residents are encouraged to keep each visit to 1 ½ hours or less.

Because children are not of age to make personal risk management decisions, No children younger than 18 years of age will be allowed at the pool without the presence of an adult/guardian that is responsible for their care.

Stay Safe and be well,
Executive Board of Directors
