Springhurst Terrace Condominium Resident Meeting

Please join us to go over new changes and transition between the Master Association’s new Management Group- CPM and the Condo Association’s management group CMA.
This is a vital meeting for the condominium residents to understand how we will be working with CMA and the Master Association’s new management company to establish new systems for operation between the Master and Condo Association. This is the time to meet with your board members who need your input and support.
We also have a lot a maintenance updates, and want to get the word out about what 2020 holds for routine maintenance and new items on the agenda. We also have a lot of reminders for new and long time residents.
We want to give our residents a platform to ask any questions. We look forward to meeting you and truly hope for a great turn out!
