Winter is here and your Board wants to remind residents of our Snow Removal Contract policy.
Snow removal will commence upon two inch of snowfall. LG Services, LLC., will use judgment on when to start service and what equipment to use unless the customer has made other arrangements with us. Roads will be treated prior to storms based on forecasted weather conditions and precipitation type. When ice is present or snow fall is below 2” and temperatures are forecasted below freezing, paved surfaces will be treated to melt precipitation to prevent icy conditions.
Buckets with ice melt are placed at every breezeway entrance. One at the first floor, and one at the 2nd floor bridge entrance. The ice melt is for resident use, when the forecast is showing freezing conditions. Please utilize this, for your safety.
