Greetings Springhurst homeowners!
The Springhurst Association will host a town hall meeting on Wednesday, December 15th at the Cuivre River building, beginning at 7pm. The purpose of this meeting is to allow Board the opportunity to address homeowners’ questions/concerns regarding the 2022 budget and assessments.
There were in-depth discussions already held at the 2021 Annual Meeting on October 19th, but sadly only FIVE households were represented.
The volunteers of the community have offered to dedicate another evening away from their families and personal obligations to help educate homeowners on the Association’s business and financial needs for the upcoming year. If you have questions/concerns, please plan to attend the meeting.
The Association will not be addressing/answering posts made on social media.
