Annual Meeting for Springhurst Terrace Condominiums

FreePlease join us for Springhurst Condominium’s annual community meeting. We hope to have a great turn. Your condo board will be discussing very important budget changes, as well as increased condo fee. We want our residents to fully understand the changes and increase.
Springhurst condos has had many maintenance updates in 2019, and we continue these projects into 2020. We also will be discussing our reserve study that was performed for our condominiums, using this as a great source of information for future budgets and maintenance projects. Finally, we will discuss the impact the roofs have had on our budget for many years, and how it has effected our insurance.
We hope to see you all there, as we need a strong community involvement from our condo owners. We want to hear your feedback, and are looking for your help in many important projects we have to come. As we have said in the past, last year our condo meeting had one resident. And that one resident is now on your board. We must have better involvement. We do appreciate the residents that came to our maintenance meeting in the summer. If you can’t stay the full length of the meeting, that is completely acceptable. Thank you in advance for your attendance.
*As a reminder, this meeting is a Springhurst Terrace Condominium Board of Directors meeting and is NOT about the Master Association or any other villages in Springhurst. We will not be discussing any Master Association business, just like in Master Association meetings no information is discussed about the Springhurst Terrace Condominium Board. This meeting is only for Springhurst Terrace Condominium residents.
